Melting Equipment

  • Nine (9) 500 to 3000 lb. capacity induction furnaces
  • Two (2) 1200 lb. capacity electric resistance furnaces
  • Two (2) 1500 lb. capacity electric resistance furnances


Molding Equipment

  • Two (2) Hunter HMP-10 automatic molding machines
  • One (1) Disamatic 130 20x24 automatic molding machine with HLH mold handling system
  • Two (2) Jolt-Squeeze-Pin Lift cope and drag machines
  • One (1) side floor for larger castings


Sand is prepared in a Model 85-B muller and transported to the modling stations by elevator and belt conveyors. Return sand is handled by vibrating conveyors and is processed thru a cooling system before re-processing. Prepared molding sand is controlled continuously by an automatic Hartley controller.

Cleaning, Grinding, Finishing and Inspection

  • Two (2) shot blast cleaning machines

  • Four (4) inspection areas
  • One (1) double belt sander
  • One (1) glass bead blaster
