Meet James Wall
We’re proud to recognize James Wall as our August Employee Spotlight! For the past 4 years, James has been a valued member of the Non-Ferrous team at Buck Company. In his role, he pours aluminum and brass, operates molding machines, and has contributed to the implementation and operation of new robotic automation systems that are driving efficiency and innovation on the foundry floor.
James first came to Buck drawn by the reliable schedule, proximity to home, and innovative atmosphere. Since joining, he’s watched Buck continue to grow – from increased automation to a more energized, collaborative culture. He’s especially valued Buck’s focus on continuous learning, sharing that one of his most memorable moments was the day he was trained on his first molding machine.
James’s growth mindset and dedication have made him a trusted member of the team – as his supervisor, Caleb Warner, shared, “James is definitely dedicated and is a hard worker. He cares about succeeding at Buck. I enjoy working with James.”
