Congratulations to Jose Garcia, our April Employee of the Month! Jose has been an essential part of our Annealing Department for just over 20 years, where he currently serves as a Lead Operator. In his role, Jose takes pride in understanding the specific heat treatment requirements of each casting, ensuring precision and quality through every step of the process.
