A: I operate forklifts, cleaners for castings, and regrinds when necessary.
Q: What’s the best advice you can give to someone who’s just starting their career?
A: Work hard and forget about what others do … Advancement and compensation will come in time for those that stand out. This is what drew me to Buck Company. They are looking for people to stand out.
