Meet Victor Valero
Victor has been a dedicated part of the Buck Company team for over 11 years, taking care of our facility both inside and out as a janitor. His role is essential in maintaining proper hygiene standards and inspecting for issues to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workplace.
Victor describes working at Buck as “working in a big family,” and he encourages others to join the team because of the strong values, workplace respect, and camaraderie he’s experienced. “You’ll feel like you’re part of it,” he says. Victor is always willing to help and always looking out for others. He’s a perfect example of the 6-Pillars of Character (Promotes respect, responsibility, caring, citizenship, trustworthiness and fairness) that we highlight in our values statement.
He credits Buck with helping him develop his skills and strengthen his weaknesses in his career, and he’s seen firsthand how the company has advanced and innovated over the years. A: Out of all projects l’ve worked on, my favorite was painting the Company.

A: It’s a great company where you’ll find many values such as respect for the workplace, charisma in the people who work there, and you’ll feel like you’re part of it.
Q: What’s the best advice you can give to someone who’s just starting their career?
A: The best advice I can offer is to keep moving forward and do your best job possible.
Q: What is your favorite memory working at Buck Company?
A: My favorite memory is the Christmas meal because the entire staff was able to share it together.
Q: What drew you to Buck Company initially? How has Buck changed since then?
A: What motivated me to start at Buck was that it is a prosperous company that has gotten stronger throughout the years. In these 11 years and 2 months I have noticed how the company has been making great strides in updates and advancements to be at the forefront of competitive labor.
